Where it all started
My journey into natural wellness began in my early twenties when my body started sending me wake-up calls such as hormonal imbalances, stubborn acne, and gut issues that no medication seemed to fix. After moving to California for my husband’s work, I began to understand how deeply food influences how I feel. During that season, I was active in a CrossFit gym and discovered the paleo and caveman diets, which opened the door to cooking with whole, nourishing ingredients. Over three years of experimenting in my kitchen, I saw a complete transformation like my skin cleared, my energy lifted, and for the first time in a long time, I felt genuinely alive and balanced.
That curiosity soon expanded beyond food. A client in the yoga space introduced me to Ayurveda, and its wisdom completely shifted how I viewed wellness, that food is medicine, that herbs and seasons matter, and that our bodies thrive in rhythm with nature. From there, I began detoxing every part of my life like my cleaning products, skincare, groceries, and daily rituals. Making sure I choose brands and remedies that honor both the body and the planet. Fifteen years later, as a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, I’ve learned that true health is harmony between mind, body, and environment. Through Nature Glow Living, I hope to share this holistic journey and connect with others who are ready to live more consciously, glowing naturally from the inside out.
